• All items are made-to-order through a print-on-demand service.

• Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipping.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

• U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

• International Orders: Shipping times vary by location, but most arrive within 7–21 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs for international orders.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method.

• Occasionally, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide to most countries.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

• Include your order number and any relevant details or photos.
