Why I Started LC Coalition

When I started streaming, I made every mistake in the book. Static imagery on my live. Inconsistent schedule. No idea why my FYP visibility kept tanking. No community identity, no strategy, no one to tell me what was actually wrong.

I figured it out eventually — through a lot of trial and error, digging into TikTok's platform documentation, watching what worked and what didn't, and building a consistent routine. But it took way longer than it should have. There was no resource that spoke directly to TikTok live creators in plain language, from someone actually doing it.

That's the gap LC Coalition was built to fill. It's the resource I wish had existed when I was starting out. A free coaching community where real creators get real feedback — not vague tips from someone who went viral once and is now selling a course.

What I Do Every Day

Every night at 10PM CST, I go live for two hours across TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick simultaneously. I primarily play naval combat games — World of Warships being my main — but I mix in horror games, viewer challenges, and community events throughout the week. I end every single stream with a Bible verse and the good news, because this world is crazy.

Beyond streaming, I run the @LearnToGoLive TikTok channel, where I post coaching content for live creators. Every Friday, I host the LC Coalition Town Hall — a live coaching call where creators bring their questions, their streams, their problems, and we work through them together in real time.

This isn't a side project. It's my mission.

My Background

My professional background is inlcudes over a decade as a professional firefighter/paramedic then a hard pivot to sales and operations — I've spent my career in data-driven, fast-moving environments where results matter and vague advice gets you nowhere. That mindset shows up in how I coach. I'm not going to tell you to "just be consistent" and leave it at that. We're going to talk about what consistent means, why it matters algorithmically, what a realistic schedule looks like for your life, and how to build an audience that actually comes back.

I'm also a dad and a baseball coach, which means I understand what it's like to be building something serious while managing real-world responsibilities. Most of the creators in LC Coalition aren't full-time streamers yet. They're working, raising families, and trying to build something on the side. I get it — and I build the coaching around what's actually achievable, not some idealized version of the creator life.
